How are plans assigned to my organization?
You can choose any plan that suits your team — Free, Basic, Standard, Professional, or Enterprise. Once a plan
is selected and activated for your organization by a Minno People administrator, the plan charges are
automatically deducted from your Minno wallet on a per-day basis. This means you only pay for
the exact days you use the plan — no monthly lock-in surprises. Simply ensure your wallet has sufficient balance
to keep your plan active. You will receive an email notification whenever your plan changes or your wallet
balance runs low. To top up your wallet, visit
Billing → Wallet & Credits inside the app.

Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and requires no payment information. It gives you 1 admin user, manual
attendance marking, and salary generation — great for very small teams getting started.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is per active user per month. For example, if you are on the Standard plan (₹50/user/month) with
20 employees, your monthly charge is ₹1,000. The Free plan is always ₹0 regardless of employee count within its limits.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Our team will review and update your plan promptly. All admins and owners of your organization will receive
an email confirmation when the change is made.
What happens after KYC verification?
Once your organization's KYC documents are approved by our team, your account is fully activated and your
plan features become available. You will receive an email confirmation with details of your active plan.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest. We follow industry-standard security
practices and your data is never shared with third parties.
